WA motorcyclist hopes for justice after crash caught on camera

Snohomish, WALocal News

On February 27, Jonathan Bradshaw, a motorcyclist, was critically injured in a hit-and-run accident when a truck collided with him on OK Mill Road near Lake Stevens, Washington. The crash, captured on security video, shows the truck veering into Bradshaw's lane before impact, but he has been unable to watch the footage due to the trauma it brings. Bradshaw endured extensive injuries, including fractures and the loss of his spleen, and is now in recovery, relying on a cane to get around. He remains focused on his children, a five-year-old daughter and a seven-month-old son, as his primary motivation for healing. His sister, Rebecca, helped find the video, which she hopes will be crucial in identifying the driver, described as operating an older model dark-colored Ford truck.

The video has been shared with the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, and the family is awaiting updates on the investigation. Despite the challenges, Bradshaw's resilience shines through as he aims to stay positive during this difficult time. An online fundraiser has been established to assist with his medical expenses and support his recovery.
