Taking place at the Snohomish Carnegie Building from 1 PM to 5 PM, the event will feature a cultural program that starts at 1 PM, followed by the colorful festivities at 2 PM. This vibrant celebration, rooted in the traditions of Holi, invites community members to gather and enjoy an afternoon of music, food, dance, and the playful throwing of colored powders.
