On March 24, 2025, officials issued a Notice of Decision for a Planned Residential Development (PRD), which will transform a 12. 83-acre site into 39 single-family lots on Terrace Avenue. This development is designed to enhance local living conditions with added open space and landscaping features. Just a few days prior, on March 18, 2025, a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance was issued for a mixed-use project near Avenue D and Bonneville Avenue.

This ambitious project will include two mixed-use buildings and townhomes, responding to the increasing demand for diverse housing options in Snohomish.
