On March 24, 2025, officials issued a Notice of Decision for a Planned Residential Development (PRD), which will transform a 12. 83-acre site into 39 single-family lots on Terrace Avenue. This development is designed to enhance local living conditions with added open space and landscaping features. Just a few days prior, on March 18, 2025, a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance was issued for a mixed-use project near Avenue D and Bonneville Avenue.

This ambitious project will include two mixed-use buildings and townhomes, responding to the increasing demand for diverse housing options in Snohomish. These decisions underscore the city's commitment to managing sustainable growth while providing essential residential and commercial spaces.
