Snohomish County Seeks Provider to Deliver Home-Delivered Meals to Older

Snohomish County is seeking qualified organizations to provide home-delivered meals to seniors aged 60 and older who are home-bound due to illness, disability, or isolation. The initiative aims to improve the health and independence of participants, while also preventing premature placements in care facilities. The County expects to award a contract up to $939,036 for the initial period from July 1 to December 31, 2026, with potential extensions based on performance and funding availability. Projected funding for the subsequent year is $1,831,719, contingent upon appropriation. Organizations must submit a mandatory Letter of Intent by December 2, 2025, to qualify for the RFP application due on January 21, 2026.
