Snohomish County is accepting applications for approximately $2. 8 million in federal funds designated for affordable housing and community development projects. Nonprofit organizations and government agencies have until December 8, 2025, to submit their proposals, which must benefit low- and moderate-income residents. The 2026 program year will commence on July 1, 2026, allowing funded projects to address pressing community needs.
