Snohomish County is accepting applications for approximately $2. 8 million in federal funds designated for affordable housing and community development projects. Nonprofit organizations and government agencies have until December 8, 2025, to submit their proposals, which must benefit low- and moderate-income residents. The 2026 program year will commence on July 1, 2026, allowing funded projects to address pressing community needs. To assist applicants, the county will host two virtual workshops on November 13, 2025, covering CDBG housing, public facilities, and services.
