Snohomish County Invites Proposals to Support Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Snohomish County's Human Services Department is accepting proposals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The county offers up to $900,000 in funding across three service categories: Advocacy and Education, Community Support and Outreach, and Leadership Development. Maximum awards are capped at $85,000 for Advocacy and Education, $375,000 for Community Support and Outreach, and $250,000 for Leadership Development. Organizations can submit proposals for one or more categories, but each agency can only receive one award per category. Proposals are due electronically by November 24, 2025, with written questions accepted until November 7, 2025.

The funding aims to enhance civic engagement, community participation, and leadership skills among individuals with IDD. This initiative reflects Snohomish County's commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. More information is available on the county's website.
