Six-year-old Hayden from Monroe showcased firefighting skills during an open house at the Snohomish Regional Fire and Rescue headquarters by spraying a water-filled fire extinguisher at a demonstration flame. Firefighters explained that they utilize both water-filled and chemical-filled suppression gear in their operations.
