Lake Stevens to hold town hall

Lake Stevens will hold a Town Hall event on Oct. 6, 2025, at The Mill, providing a platform for residents to engage with city officials. The event begins at 7 p. m. , featuring presentations by Mayor Brett Gailey on service improvements and updates on capital projects.

This initiative comes as the city experiences rapid growth and seeks to enhance service delivery. Concurrently, Snohomish County will host two open houses on Oct. 9 and 11 to discuss the future Food & Farming Center planned for McCollum Park. This center will offer resources for farmers, including a commercial kitchen and a year-round indoor farmer’s market. Community feedback will be solicited during these meetings, with an online survey available afterward.

The first open house is scheduled for Oct. 9 from 4:30 - 7:30 p. m. at the Northwest Stream Center, while the second will take place on Oct. 11 at Willis Tucker Park.
