Snohomish County's Human Services Department has announced the availability of approximately $1,054,917 in federal funds through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program for the 2026 program year. These funds are designated for projects that benefit low-income residents in Snohomish County. To apply, interested parties must participate in one of two virtual information sessions on August 26 and August 28, 2025, with each session focusing on different funding streams. The first hour will address HOME funds, while the second hour will cover Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health Capital Funds (AHBH). Applications must be completed and submitted by 4 p.
