An estimated $1,054,917 in federal HOME funds is available for the 2026 program year, alongside additional Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health Capital Funds. These projects aim to benefit low-income individuals in the county, addressing the pressing need for affordable housing options. Interested applicants can participate in virtual information sessions on July 22 and July 24 to learn more about the funding details. Applications must be completed and submitted to the Snohomish County Human Services Department by 4 p.
