Monroe's Community Needs Assessment survey aims to gather insights on local housing, health services, and overall community satisfaction. Questions cover perceptions of safety, healthcare quality, and the financial burden of housing on residents' budgets. Participants can also share experiences related to food security and other essential costs. The survey takes about 15 minutes and allows for anonymous responses to ensure honest feedback. Monroe plans to utilize the survey results to inform strategies that address community needs and improve residents' quality of life.

This initiative reflects the city's commitment to understanding and responding to its residents' concerns. The survey link is available in both English and Spanish for broader accessibility. The deadline for participation is July 18.
