A man suffered serious injuries from multiple stab wounds during an altercation in Capitol Hill early Thursday, leading to the swift arrest of two suspects. Police responded to the scene outside Big Mario’s around 12:10 AM, where witnesses reported a female suspect stabbing the victim before fleeing with a male accomplice. Officers quickly apprehended both individuals after a brief chase, recovering the weapon used in the assault. In a separate incident, a woman sustained minor injuries in a hit-and-run at 20th and Union, with police searching for the driver of a black GMC SUV. Authorities are also investigating a hate crime incident involving a suspect who assaulted multiple individuals outside a nightclub, prompting a police pursuit across several venues.

The suspect, who allegedly screamed anti-gay slurs during the attack, was arrested after being tracked down at Still Liquor. Additionally, police responded to an armed robbery near 23rd and Cherry, where the suspect fled in a White Acura but evaded capture due to reckless driving. These incidents underscore ongoing public safety challenges in the Capitol Hill area.
