Secret Burger Kitchen is the latest addition to the Capitol Hill burger community

Seattle, WALocal News

Secret Burger Kitchen has opened its second location on Broadway in Capitol Hill, building on its successful launch in Tacoma. The new burger joint replaces Bonchon, a Korean fried chicken restaurant that contributed to the area's culinary evolution. The menu features a straightforward selection of smashed burgers, fries, hot wings, and desserts like mini pineapple upside cakes. Gurpaul and Mandeep Sandhu, SBK's founders, aim to make their mark in the local burger scene. Capitol Hill continues to embrace diverse food options, with new ownership at Sam’s Tavern and the recent addition of Bombay Burger, which offers unique Indian-inspired menu items.

Li’l Woody’s will also revive its Memorial Day tradition, providing free burgers to the community. This expansion reflects the enduring popularity of burgers in the neighborhood. Secret Burger Kitchen is located at 554 Broadway, and more information can be found on their website.
