Caffé Vita, a Seattle coffee brand established in 1995, has opened its 10th location at the historic Smith Tower. The café, located on the corner of Second and Yesler, debuted in early May and offers a menu that includes a variety of coffee drinks, locally sourced beer and wine, and food items. Owners Edgar Vidal and Sam Spillman emphasized the importance of the Smith Tower, calling it "the most iconic building in Seattle. " This new location aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for community members and visitors alike. The café encourages patrons to enjoy their experiences, whether they're catching up with friends or preparing for a visit to the Observatory.
