Man dies in shooting inside First Hill apartment building

Witnesses reported a male suspect fleeing on a bicycle, described as a black male dressed in all black. The Seattle Police Department has classified this shooting as an open homicide investigation and is actively collecting evidence, including reviewing video from local security cameras.
