1 Hotel Seattle, formerly known as the Pan Pacific Hotel, will reopen with a strong focus on "sustainable luxury," integrating the natural elements of the Northwest into its design. This 153-room hotel will provide amenities such as electric Audi Q8 e-tron house cars for guests and a restaurant helmed by James Beard-nominated chef Oscar Amador Edo, featuring a diverse menu that blends Spanish, Japanese, and Mediterranean influences. Barry Sternlicht, the founder of 1 Hotels, highlighted Seattle's commitment to sustainability and innovation, aiming to redefine luxury hospitality through eco-friendly practices. The hotel will also unveil the Rainier Ballroom, an event space with stunning views and modern facilities. With rising occupancy rates in Seattle's hotel industry, this reopening signifies a positive shift in the local hospitality sector post-pandemic.

Reservations are now open for stays starting in April 2025, inviting guests to experience this newly rebranded destination. The property, purchased for $70 million three years ago, reflects a broader trend of hotels adapting to new market demands. As Seattle continues to recover and thrive, the introduction of 1 Hotel Seattle adds to the city's vibrant hospitality scene.
