Raúl Delfin, a family member, shared that they are now refining details and waiting on some equipment, with hopes to welcome customers by mid-March. This new establishment will feature a menu similar to its other locations, including popular items like quesabirrias and churros, with a few surprise additions. The restaurant aims to maintain its reputation for affordable and quality food, appealing to a diverse clientele.
