The original founders, Nikos Spiliopoulo and Alexis Saloutos, expressed their trust in Roumeliotis during their farewell announcement, emphasizing her dedication and hard work over the years. They opened The Shop Agora in 2007, establishing it as a haven for Mediterranean specialty foods and wines. Roumeliotis aims to enhance community engagement through programs like tastings and events while maintaining the shop's welcoming atmosphere.
