Gold Bar man sent to hospital after early morning Christmas shooting

A shooting incident in Gold Bar, Washington, left a 48-year-old man hospitalized on Christmas morning. According to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), the shooting occurred around 1:40 a. m. during a verbal argument between the victim and a 58-year-old man in the 100 block of Croft Avenue. Deputies responded to reports of the dispute, and the victim was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett; however, no updates on his condition have been provided.

The SCSO is actively investigating the case, and no charges have been filed against the alleged shooter at this time. This incident highlights the ongoing issues of gun violence, even during significant holidays.
