Senior Executive Chef Sean Borst emphasized the importance of culinary diversity, aiming to provide a selection that goes beyond typical stadium fare. Catering to a well-traveled clientele, Lumen Field is raising the bar for stadium cuisine. The logistics of serving approximately 70,000 fans at once involve careful planning and coordination among around 3,000 staff members.

The '12s Combo,' featuring two hot dogs and pretzel bites for $12, is among the value options aimed at enhancing affordability for fans.
