Lumen Field with its most diverse menu yet for upcoming Seahawks season

Seattle, WALocal News

Lumen Field is preparing for the Seattle Seahawks season by launching its most diverse menu yet, featuring a wide range of food options to satisfy football fans. The stadium recently held a 'Taste of Lumen' event, allowing media to sample new dishes like the Bam Bam Smash Burger and a gourmet version of the classic Seattle dog. Senior Executive Chef Sean Borst emphasized the importance of culinary diversity, aiming to provide a selection that goes beyond typical stadium fare. Catering to a well-traveled clientele, Lumen Field is raising the bar for stadium cuisine. The logistics of serving approximately 70,000 fans at once involve careful planning and coordination among around 3,000 staff members.

The menu will also include Asian-Latin fusion dishes and gourmet snacks, ensuring something for everyone. The '12s Combo,' featuring two hot dogs and pretzel bites for $12, is among the value options aimed at enhancing affordability for fans. This initiative reflects the evolving expectations of sports venues, where food quality and variety are becoming as important as the game itself.
