Suspect in September deadly shooting at 10th and Pike charged with murder

De’Andre Todd, 27, has been charged with second-degree murder for the September shooting death of Robert Fleeks in Seattle. Police connected Todd to the crime through a vehicle registered to a woman who sold Fleeks the Chevy Tahoe he was killed in.
