El Diablo is back Bar Tango completes a new family of Capitol Hill food and drink at Pine and Summit

Seattle, WALocal News

Bar Tango opened today at E Pine and Summit, enhancing Capitol Hill's vibrant food scene alongside Double O’ Burgers and Uncle Dom’s Italian Kitchen. This new establishment evokes memories of the original Tango, beloved for its tapas and cocktails before its closure in 2019. With a menu that includes modern takes on classic dishes like bacon-wrapped dates and Spanish meats, Bar Tango aims to attract both locals and visitors. Christofer Moustakas, a former bar manager at Canon, and Leann Jensen, previously of The Carlile Room, lead the operations. The restaurant plans to enhance the neighborhood's nightlife with Sunday music nights starting October 26th, featuring performances by André Feriante.

Rosenthal stated that Bar Tango is designed to be a community space, inviting guests to enjoy food and drinks. The Pike Street Hospitality Group's efforts have revitalized the area, positioning it as a culinary destination. Bar Tango's address is 422 E Pine, with more information available at bartangoseattle. com.
