The victim was riding a Lime rental bike southbound when she was struck by a driver who subsequently fled the scene around 8:30 PM. Witnesses at the time could not provide a description of the vehicle, complicating the investigation. The bicyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to Harborview Medical Center, where she is reported to be in serious but stable condition. Police are actively seeking any security camera footage from the area that may have captured the collision.
