Seattle Police are actively searching for a female shooter who was last seen driving a black SUV southbound on Broadway. The altercation began as a dispute between a group, leading to the deployment of pepper spray and gunfire. Seattle Police reported that the suspect fired several shots into the crowd before fleeing the scene.
