Mamnoon, a new Middle Eastern restaurant in Seattle, opened its doors during Thanksgiving week and launched its walk-up window on November 27. The eatery offers a diverse menu featuring kulage sandwiches, mana’eesh, and a selection of mezze, emphasizing healthy, farm-to-table options. First-time restaurateurs Wassef and Racha Haroun partnered with chef Garrett Melkonian, who has an extensive background in notable Seattle restaurants. The restaurant's design includes three distinct areas, allowing for flexible dining configurations throughout the day. Menu development involved input from Middle Eastern cuisine expert Barbara Massaad, ensuring authenticity in the offerings.

The establishment highlights a culinary tradition spanning 5,000 years, aiming to introduce Seattle diners to the richness of Middle Eastern flavors. The restaurant also features a selection of non-alcoholic mocktails, catering to diverse preferences. Mamnoon represents a significant addition to the local dining scene, reflecting both cultural heritage and modern culinary trends.
