Mamnoon, a new Middle Eastern restaurant in Seattle, opened its doors during Thanksgiving week and launched its walk-up window on November 27. The eatery offers a diverse menu featuring kulage sandwiches, mana’eesh, and a selection of mezze, emphasizing healthy, farm-to-table options. First-time restaurateurs Wassef and Racha Haroun partnered with chef Garrett Melkonian, who has an extensive background in notable Seattle restaurants. The restaurant's design includes three distinct areas, allowing for flexible dining configurations throughout the day.
