The Cal Anderson Park Alliance, in collaboration with Seattle Parks and Recreation, organizes this event to promote community engagement and recycling. Registration for sellers is currently open, encouraging residents to declutter while connecting with their neighbors. This annual event has been a hallmark of the neighborhood since its inception in 2007, with 2025 marking its 18th iteration. A new highlight this year is the Pike Street Sidewalk Sale, where local merchants will participate with special promotions.
