Finch and Pine has opened its doors on Bellevue Ave, spearheaded by Sara Moran, who turned her pandemic-inspired dreams into reality. The cafe showcases a horseshoe counter and a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients, with options friendly to various dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free. Currently, it serves fresh baked goods and brunch items, with intentions of launching dinner service later in the year. Moran aims to cultivate a symbiotic relationship with the community and local farmers and fishermen. The cafe’s ambiance is enhanced with artwork and plants, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

Regulars have already begun to frequent the space, reinforcing Moran's vision of it as a neighborhood gathering spot. Finch and Pine is now available for takeout and limited indoor dining, fostering community engagement. The menu will evolve seasonally, ensuring a dynamic dining experience for patrons.
