Police investigate after shooter in a tux riding a scooter reported on First Hill

Seattle Police are investigating a shooter who fired multiple rounds near Freeway Park on Thursday afternoon. Witnesses described the suspect as a white male in his early 30s, approximately 5'11", thin, with short blond hair, and dressed in a full tuxedo. He escaped on a Lime rental scooter after the incident, which occurred around 2:15 PM. Fortunately, no victims were found during a police search in the area, which included First Hill and Harborview. Officers discovered multiple shell casings on the streets, suggesting the seriousness of the situation.

The shooter was last reported heading south, and police have yet to make any arrests. This incident highlights concerns about gun violence and public safety in Seattle. Authorities are likely to increase patrols in the area as they continue their investigation.
