A tragic overnight fire in SeaTac, Washington, has claimed the life of a man and left a woman hospitalized, profoundly impacting their family. The fire broke out around 11:15 p. m. on Saturday, September 28, causing extensive damage to their home on South 187th Street. The family, understandably in shock, has opted to remain off-camera as they grieve the loss of their father and support the mother during her recovery.

Puget Sound Fire officials reported that the intense heat from the fire also damaged parts of a nearby house, including siding and a window. Division Chief Pat Pawlack stated that an investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
