Mayor Lurie Invites Proposals for New 100 Affordable Housing in East Cut Neighborhood

Block 4 West, where the development will take place, is part of a larger plan to create vibrant neighborhoods. Previously, thousands of new housing units have been developed in the Transbay area under OCII's leadership.
