SF DA Charges Man Who Allegedly Had an Entire Kilo of Fentanyl In His Car
Jefferson Arrechaba, 31, faces multiple felony charges after a significant drug bust in San Francisco's Tenderloin district. The SFPD observed him making suspicious movements and tossing his car keys, prompting an investigation that led to the discovery of over one kilogram of fentanyl, 389. 3 grams of heroin, and 437. 2 grams of methamphetamine in his vehicle. District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced the charges, which include possession for sale of fentanyl, heroin, and meth.
The fentanyl charge carries an additional penalty for exceeding one kilogram. Arrechaba also faces charges for violating terms of release from a prior felony case.
