The bar emphasizes local flavors with whiskeys produced in Mendocino County, alongside a craft cocktail menu. The new outdoor cigar lounge, the first in Mendocino County, includes communal seating and a fire pit, with cigars starting at $24. Guests can also bring their own cigars to the lounge for a personalized experience.

To promote the program, the hotel offers a "Whiskey Lover's Package" that includes flights, a discount on whiskey purchases, and a tasting at a local distillery. This initiative aims to enhance the luxury experience for guests and attract whiskey enthusiasts to the area.
