Day 124 at the 16th St. Plaza East side of Mission St. resists change

Earlier on Sunday, Ahsing crews collected trash along Capp Street, prompting vendors to leave the area temporarily. Police arrested an individual on Caledonia Street Saturday morning, indicating continued enforcement activity. The presence of two BART trucks and cleaning crews initially helped keep the area tidy.

However, the effectiveness of these measures waned as crews departed, and illicit activities resumed.
