San Francisco, CALocal News

The San Francisco Police Department is actively pursuing a group of teenagers involved in an unprovoked attack on a woman in the Rincon Hill neighborhood. The assault occurred Monday night around 9:35 PM outside Woodlands Market, contradicting earlier reports that misidentified the location. Witnesses, including Christopher Hussain and his wife, described the attack as premeditated, with the suspects possibly filming the incident using cellphone flashlights. The victim, a woman in her 20s or 30s, was not robbed but was shaken after being thrown to the ground. A motorist's intervention led the suspects to flee, and the police have yet to make any arrests.

The SFPD has requested that anyone with information about the assault reach out for assistance. This incident highlights concerns about youth violence in urban areas. The community remains vigilant as authorities investigate the matter further.
