The Yolo County explosion at Devastating Pyrotechnics resulted in the deaths of seven individuals, with four from the Bay Area. Among the deceased are brothers Jesus and Jhony Ramos, who grew up in San Francisco and lived in San Pablo. The Yolo County Coroner’s Office confirmed the victims' identities, which also include two San Francisco residents, Neil Justin Li and Christopher Goltiao Bocog. Investigators are looking into the circumstances surrounding the explosion, including potential regulatory violations regarding fireworks storage. Kenneth Chee, the business owner, faces scrutiny for previous investigations into misleading fireworks packaging.

The State Fire Marshal emphasized the need for accountability if any wrongdoing is identified. Investigative efforts include serving search warrants at Chee's residence, linked to the business. The official cause of death for the victims will be determined after toxicology results are received.
