In response to the devastation caused by the bomb cyclone in November, the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has opened Disaster Loan Outreach Centers in Renton and Bellevue, Washington. These centers assist homeowners, renters, and businesses in applying for disaster assistance. Businesses can access loans up to $2 million for repairs and replacements, while homeowners may secure loans up to $500,000 for real estate damage.

Economic Injury Disaster Loans are also available for small businesses regardless of property damage. Notably, personal property disaster loans are capped at $100,000, and interest does not accrue until twelve months after the first disbursement. Appointments can be scheduled online, and walk-ins are welcome. This initiative aims to provide essential support to those recovering from the storm's impact.
