WaterFire Providence has officially announced its 2025 schedule, which features 12 enchanting evenings of brazier lightings that illuminate the rivers throughout downtown. The season will commence on May 15, culminating in a festive New Year's Eve celebration. Among the scheduled events, attendees can look forward to six full lightings, two partial lightings, and four captivating bridge lightings, each contributing to the visual spectacle. The full lightings will showcase floating braziers moving from the Waterplace basin along the Providence River. Each event begins at sunset, with a lively atmosphere enhanced by music and local vendors.

The unique "Starts at Sunset" lightings will also be held, featuring five braziers on the Michael S. Van Leesten Memorial Bridge. The complete schedule is accessible online, with potential updates as the season progresses, ensuring that the community remains engaged. WaterFire continues to be a cherished tradition, drawing visitors and locals alike to experience the magic of fire and water in Providence.
