The suspect faces multiple charges, including possession with intent to deliver more than an ounce of fentanyl and possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation. Police conducted the raid without interacting with any children present at the facility, which operates inside a private residence. The suspect lived on the second floor of the daycare and allegedly had a 9 mm semiautomatic firearm in his vehicle.
