The Polk County Search and Rescue team has mobilized resources to locate him swiftly. Wright is described as 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with distinctive white hair. He is believed to be driving a 1999 off-white Toyota 4Runner, identified by Oregon license plate 946DFC.
