Portland getting largest skateboard mural in U.S.

The live painting event will commence at 2 p. m. on Monday at Southeast 9th and Taylor, at Portland Dream Plaza. This ambitious project is a collaboration among Dream Big City, the Portland Bureau of Transportation, and the Central Eastside Industrial Council.
