Silver Falls State Park reopens for summer camping reservations

Silver Falls State Park in Oregon has resumed camping reservations for stays from June 18 to September 30 after a nine-month closure for construction. The park's campground now includes all tent and RV campsites, as well as cabins 19, 21, 23, and 24, available for online booking. Notable improvements include a newly constructed accessible restroom and shower building in the B-Loop, which features adult changing tables, along with newly paved areas in the A-Loop. Park Manager Chris Gilliand highlighted the park's commitment to enhancing the camping experience for all visitors. In addition to reopening campsites, Smith Creek Village is now accepting reservations under a new concessionaire, revitalizing dining options.

The South Falls Café and 10 Falls Supply Co. are currently open daily, while the Bigleaf Market & Grill is set to debut soon.
