The investigation commenced in late January 2024 when deputies were dispatched to the River Road area following reports of suspicious conditions. Upon gathering and analyzing the evidence, law enforcement was able to link Larmore to the incident. Sheriff’s deputies stressed the critical role that DNA evidence plays in resolving such cases and ensuring that justice is served.
