The Bull Run Filtration construction update for the week of November 24 outlines critical traffic restrictions at the Altman Road and Lusted Road intersection through December 23, 2025. Local access will remain, but through traffic will be redirected to Oxbow Drive or Dodge Park Boulevard. Specific access will be available for residents on Altman Road from the north and Lusted Road from the east. Notably, from November 27-30, one-way traffic restrictions will be enforced all day, impacting holiday travel. Beginning December 1, Lusted Road will transition to eastbound only during off-hours.

In addition, Lusted Road will experience single-lane restrictions with 24/7 temporary traffic signals until May 1, 2026, to accommodate new water pipeline installations. Flaggers may be present during work hours to manage traffic flow. Residents are encouraged to stay informed about ongoing construction and its impacts on their commutes.
