The initial release showed that NW Northrup achieved a 75. 33% utilization rate, while other shelters like St.
Stephens experienced gradual increases in participation. The SAFES shelter faced a decline in utilization due to capacity adjustments, yet total participation continued to rise. Portland Solutions will maintain the dashboard, which will refresh monthly with verified data.
