Portland, ORLocal News

The Bull Run Filtration project is currently affecting traffic patterns at the Altman Road/Lusted Road intersection, with a one-way closure set to last until December 23, 2025. Local access will be available, while through traffic will be redirected to Oxbow Drive or Dodge Park Boulevard. Residents on Altman Road will have entry from the north, and those on Lusted Road from the east. Lusted Road will undergo single-lane restrictions until November 21, 2026, with two-way flagging during work hours. Starting November 24, 2025, temporary traffic signals will assist in managing traffic flow.

These restrictions are part of the broader effort to install new water pipelines, which will continue through May 15, 2026. The construction aims to enhance water treatment capabilities for the area, addressing long-term infrastructure needs. Community members are encouraged to stay informed about ongoing developments and attend contractor meetings for updates.
