Filtration Neighbor Update - Oct. 24, 2025

Portland, ORLocal News

The Bull Run Filtration project continues to impact traffic on Dodge Park Boulevard, with disruptions expected until October 31. A full road closure is enforced between Altman Road and Cottrell Road, permitting only local access with detours for through traffic to Lusted Road or Bluff Road. East of Cottrell Road, a single-lane restriction allows flagged two-way traffic as road improvements progress. Furthermore, on October 30, a single-lane restriction will occur at the Dodge Park Boulevard/Altman Road intersection for pavement striping. Local residents, postal and garbage services, school buses, emergency vehicles, and farm equipment will have modified access during these periods.

During the week of October 27, residents can join a coffee session with the contractor to learn more about the project. These traffic updates are crucial for maintaining safety and managing local commutes. The ongoing construction reflects Portland's commitment to improving water infrastructure and community engagement.
