The Fresh Cuts floral design workshop series will launch on September 24 at Crystal Ballroom, featuring a live performance by Rico Nasty. Cody Shulund of Fresh Cut Flowers will lead the floral design workshop, showcasing his expertise with arrangements for artists like Beyoncé and Lorde. Attendees will engage in the creative process while enjoying a DJ set by Bad B Teenie, maintaining the vibrant energy of the event. The workshops are tailored to reflect the musical aesthetics of the featured artist, providing a unique experience that combines art and sound. Sliding scale tickets are offered to support BIPOC and trans community members, ensuring accessibility.

Additionally, 10% of ticket sales will go to local nonprofits chosen by the featured artist, enhancing community engagement. With curated drinks and snacks, the event promises a festive atmosphere. This initiative highlights the intersection of art, community, and inclusivity in Portland.
