The amendment introduced by Councilor Loretta Smith includes one evening meeting each month, addressing community concerns about accessibility. “This change is incredibly important because it means more opportunities for residents to get involved,” Smith emphasized. The new schedule features meetings at 9:30 a. m.

on the first, second, fourth, and fifth Wednesdays, and at 6:00 p. m. on the third Wednesday. Evening meetings will adjourn by 9:00 p. m.
