Filtration Neighbor Update - Aug. 29, 2025

Portland, ORLocal News

The Bull Run Filtration construction updates detail traffic disruptions affecting Altman Road and Dodge Park Boulevard until late October. Altman Road will experience closures from Tuesday to Saturday during work hours, with detours routed to Oxbow Drive or Lusted Road. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be allowed through, while local residents can access their homes via Lusted Road. On Dodge Park Boulevard, crews will install a new water pipeline, resulting in flagged two-way traffic during similar hours, but normal traffic will resume outside of these times. A complete closure of Dodge Park Boulevard is planned for October to facilitate pipeline crossings.

Additionally, Cottrell Road will be repaved in mid-September to address a dip in the road, with alert signs placed for driver caution. The construction activities aim to improve local infrastructure and ensure reliable water service. Residents are urged to plan their routes accordingly during this period.
