Ethan Blane Nieneker, 32, faces multiple charges, including capital murder, following a shooting at a North Austin Target that left three individuals dead. The shooting occurred around 2:15 p. m. on Monday, leading Nieneker to flee the scene and carjack a vehicle in the parking lot. After crashing the stolen vehicle, he stole another car from a nearby dealership and was apprehended by police at approximately 3:34 p.
